I lost 2-years fight to regain parental rights for my daughter. Last time I saw her was nearly 7 months ago. Even when agreed, less than 40% of contacts promised by Social Services were honoured.

I would like to ask for help to cover the cost of a lawyer who can appeal my case to the Court of Appeal. My heart-breaking story was filmed by a film director Patryk Vega.

Despite the acceptance by both psychologist and psychiatrist that I can care for my daughter and even Independent Social Worker praised my parenting skills, the Judge, as per request of Social Services, issued Care Order on unsubstantial accusation.

In the final ruling the Judge suspended all the contacts with my daughter for the next 6 months, and after that period is finished then I am allowed to see her only 4 times a year. The Judge justified her decision by challenging character of the mother which in her opinion is a poor modeling which can cause potential emotional harm to the child.

My case can be different than others as I have no addictions or mental illness, nor any evidence or reported cases of physical or sexual abuse or negligence of my child.

My daughter has never been seen by a psychologist or psychiatrist, with me or alone, to assess the quality of our relationship and the Guardian has never observed the contact between me and my daughter.

I am still at the stage of launching my appeal. I think that there are good grounds for this. The Judge seemed to have been selective in her use of evidence and appeared confused by what psychologist told her and prefered to ignore her and applied her own simplier 'common sence'. It seems to fail to meet criteria of the risk to the child.

Odbylo sie mniej niz 40% ustalonych przez sad kontaktow z dzieckiem w ciagu dwoch lat postepowania, w tym polowa przez internet. Ostatni kontakt mialysmy z corka 7 miesiecy temu.

Opowiedzialam moja historie w filmie nakreconym przez Patryka Vege.

Mimo pozytywnej dla mnie opinii biegłych psychologa i psychiatry, ktorzy nie zakwestionowali moich umiejętności rodzicielskich, Sedzia na wniosek Social Services -  Angielskiej Opieki Społecznej uznal ze corka powinna pozostac w rodzinie zastepczej i wydal zakaz widzeń z dzieckiem przez mame przez następne 6 miesięcy, a po ich upływie zasadzil 4 widzenia w roku.

Sędzia swoja negatywna decyzje uzasadniła trudnym charakterem matki, co wedlug niej powoduje potencjalna szkodę emocjonalną u dziecka.

Jestem przypadkiem, gdzie odebrano dziecko matce bez nałogów, choroby psychicznej, poważnego zaburzenia emocjonalnego, śladów przemocy fizycznej, seksualnej czy zaniedbań wobec dziecka.

Guardian tzw. Prawnik-Kurator dziecka podobnie jak psycholog, nigdy nie obserwowali mojego kontaktu z dzieckiem.

Mysle, ze mam silne podstawy odwolania, gdyz sedzia byl bardzo selektywny i zignorowal argumentacje psychologa. Kryteria dotyczace wystapienia ryzyka dla dziecka nie zostaly spelnione.
